What I did was I put the main librarian on solo with Yujin. Gave her the addons of the ones that increase your HP & Stagger when your emotion level goes up. Since you're solo, emotion levels rise quickly and you reap max benefits on Yujin.
Your deck is designed to lose clashes as much as possible because you want negative emotions. Hate, Despair, Greed, and Wrath are the 4 emotions you want to choose at each level. You want to save Wrath until last as you'll lose control of your character and he'll probably pound the snot out of who is there at that point. You want to be so negative that by the time you are winning clashes after getting Wrath, you'll still see Nix.
As you're aiming to lose, you want to choose a level that's at least above F grade but not killer as you'll be taking most of these hits in the face. I went with the Urban Legend level Zwei crewmates round 1 of 3, and I did cut it close with Wrath as I accidentally killed 2/3. So level 2 might be more worth it.
Deck is fairly simple:
3 x Track, 3x Haupe, 3 x Slice. 1,2, & 3 to line up w/your opponents cards in the hopes you lose a lot of them.
Assuming you picked the 4 negative emotions above, when you choose #5, Nix should hopefully be one of them and a winner is you and the achievement will pop immediately.

Definitely pointed me in the right direction but I found I wasn't able to consistently lose clashes with Yujin due to her +1 power to dice even with the low level deck, plus I found card draw became an issue around emotion level 3. I did this on Zwei Association II and wrath also killed 2 out of the 3 so it also cut it close. Here was my setup that I used for this:
