Easy but requires some planning.
Put on a high health key page (I used one with 80+ health) and go into the floor of history with the following deck
3 evades
3 puppet blockades
3 ink over (you can use any 4 cost card you have 3 copies of)
I used the crying children fight since they’re low attackers
Clash until you hit emotion level 1 and can use happy memories. Put it on a character then start using ink over, and use puppet blockades to regen light. Each time you use it the cards cost will decrease by 1. This means you need to use the card 4 times to get the achievement to pop. It takes some turns which is why I chose this fight
