This is in the Cheseds floor, it’s unlocked after the first abnormality.
I used an urban myth floor (which cut it close maybe try urban plague floor).
Hit emotion 1 off of evades and then stagger with the solo character once u use Rake. You then need to use the cards you get which will be obvious because they cost 0 and are presumedly the enemies deck. Once you use 4 of these cards it will pop
