Once you reach the first combat (which should be pretty quick if you skip the dialogue; otherwise perhaps 10-15 minutes or so) you can unlock this achievement by fighting a turn without making any selections. The game guides you for the first turn, then by the second turn you're free to make a mistake and earn this achievement.
