Pete’s page is the first you get at the beginning of the game from the Rats. Your first chance to nab this achievement is in Urban Nightmare when you beat the Sweepers on the far left side. The fight above them is the index proselytes.
Equip any character with Pete’s page and feel free to boost him with passives that increase either your damage or speed. The index target one character so if they go for your Pete reset (dash boarding saves the entry pages). Once you start and they’re not targeting Pete have everyone gang up on one enemy and once they’re staggered/low on health get the finishing blow with Pete. You only need to kill one enemy this way not the whole fight
