The simplest location I found to do this was on the Crying Children invitation.
For guarantees, I made sure I ran somebody with Myo's page with Red Mist's passive attached so I'd have at least one infinite die that I could attach the ever-repeating performance to.
Assuming you are high up enough in the game to have Myo & Red Mist's pages, the fight itself should be a breeze, just be sure to pack a lunch as it is a long fight, even with overpowered characters. Once you hit phase 6, use Ever Repeat on the mass attack. No need to assign anything else, and you achieve.
