To get this achievement you need to do the following:
Pick one star card of your choice (Timber Wolf for example), because is cheap and low EXP required.
Now enchant the card to level 10.
Do a second time with another card of the same creature.
Evolve the card mixing this two cards and you will get the

You will need 10 more cards of the card you choose.
You don't need to level them too.
Then go to shuffle skill menu.
Pick your evolved card as target and in material will appear the same cards you have (buy 10,000 coins pack if need more cards) and start shuffling
And then you will unlock as follows:
The The More Try The Better achievement in Lies of Astaroth worth 20 pointsShuffle one card's skill for 3 times
The A Perfect Power achievement in Lies of Astaroth worth 114 pointsShuffle one card's skill for 10 times
Please note that you will need around 2 million coins to get this in a single run without any issues

Thumbs up. I will throw this tidbit out as it is in the wheel house for these cheeves. I thought this whole time I needed two of the same card to be level 10 to combine them to get past level 10. Now I see you can have one 5 star card at level 10 and use a 5 star scrap card that is either level 0 or 10 for the second card. I think it is cheaper and faster to just buy a 5 star scrap if you have the 100 scrap, cost about 600/700k ea. This whole time I thought for my badass rare cards I needed a second one to get past level 10 but I was wrong, use a 5 star scrap card for card #2.
