Lies Of Astaroth

Been playing since March 8th (little over a week), and finally been able to do it.

Currently only level 35 myself, but the following is the deck I used (I let it auto-battle for the vast majority of it);

Hell:

Fallen Soul, level 10, 2 star (I used two of these) (Cost: 6)
Dark Elf, level 10, 3 star (Cost: 9)

Wilderness:

WildFisherman, level 7, 3 star (Cost: 10)

Kingdom:

Royal Guard, level 10, 4 star (Cost: 12)
TemplarArchon, level 10, 5 star (Cost: 16)

Forest:

Tree-Guard, level 10, 3 star (Cost: 10)
Snow Illusionist, level 10, 5 star (Cost: 19)
Elf Archer, level 10, 3 star (Cost: 11)

Runes:

Avalanche, level 4, 4 star
Red Lotus, level 2, 2 star
Flight, level 0, 2 star

Others will obviously work just as well (most of it is down to luck anyway), but hope this helps others.
