The Dungeon gets very difficult the further you go. Building the right deck is practically impossible to explain, so I'll direct you to the forums for deck-building. This solution is here because *I* didn't know what this achievement entailed, and had to look it up.

FYI, I cleared Floor 49 last night and got this achievement. There may be a bug that makes it pop if you get to Floor 50 at all.
