This is earned by obtaining 3 stars on each of the 6 levels in this map section. You will not be able to unlock Torment Mode unless you have 3 stars on each level of the base 'Training Forest' area. Once that is done, you can unlock Torment Mode for 100,000 gold and begin your battles.
The conditions for completion aren't too hard at all, IMO. It ranges from killing all enemy cards, to destroying the opposing hero, to winning with your hero having 80-90% of health remaining. I suggest playing the game for a bit before returning to torment mode as you will strengthen your deck over time.
As a point of reference, I just accomplished this and here is where I am in the game: Level 49, Haven't completed all base levels yet, & cap out on dungeon #35... as you can see, I am not far into the game and I coasted through this achievement with only 2 retries of the 18 battles.
