You unlock the ability to assemble weapons after defeating the second story boss who is found after adventuring through Elysion Boulevard.
Boss:


Rest at a stargazer and you'll have an option to assemble a weapon. This is a system where you can mix-and-match blades and handles to customize weapon move sets to different scaling types and stuff. It's similar to the affinity system in Elden Ring.
Combine anything you want then confirm the action () and the achievement will pop. Note that this is free to do whenever you want, so make use of it in your playthrough.

Este logro es obtenible hasta desbloquear la opción de "Ensamblar armas" esto sucede en el capitulo 2 después de vencer a burro loco, con esta herramienta en nuestra posesión podras ensamblar armas desde el Stargazer´s o ir directamente con Eugenie la cual igual podrá ayudarnos a ensamblar el arma de nuestra selección, en mi caso quise ensamblar la hoja del espadon del destino, con la empuñadora de la otra hoja del destino, ya que no me interesa realmente desbalancear el arma, una vez selecciones la hoja y la empuñadura solo necesitas pulsar y ensamblarlas y así obtener el logro.


This achievement is obtainable until you unlock the option to "Assemble weapons" this happens in chapter 2 after defeating crazy donkey, with this tool in our possession you can assemble weapons from the Stargazer's or go directly to Eugenie who will still be able to help us assemble the weapon of our selection, in my case I wanted to assemble the blade of the sword of destiny, with the handle of the other blade of destiny, since I am not really interested in unbalancing the weapon, once you select the blade and the handle you only need to press and assemble them and thus obtain the achievement

After defeating the Mad Donkey boss and rescue Geppetto, you get the ability to mix and match different blades and handles of any weapon. That is called Assembling a weapon.

Simply try at Stargazer or with Eugenie in Hotel Krat the very first time to open this achievement.
