How to unlock the Pianist of Krat achievement in Lies of P - Definitive Guide

You see the piano at the Krat hotel early on in the game and even get to play some notes on it. But the achievement won’t pop until the very end of the game. After getting the Real Boy ending, instead of going into New Game+, head to the ground level of Hotel Krat and interact with the piano again. This time, you’ll be rewarded with The Pianist of Krat achievement. (Source: gameskinny.com)

Technically is missable, as if you go into NG+, you have to complete it again (at least if you are on PC, not sure about consoles.)

If you move into new game plus and go play the piano it does not give the achievement. I just confirmed that myself 10 minutes go.

Is any ending fine or only the Real Boy one?

Any ending is fine I guess because I got neither of them. You only have to cancel the NG+ prompt after you killed
and head to the hotel and play a tune on the piano.

This isn't 100% correct you can play the Piano once you've completed either ending. When you get the option to start new game+ just hit cancel and go play the piano. It also remembers your progress if you do happen to move into NG+ - just use the piano once you reach the hotel again.

After getting any ending, cancel the option to go to New Game Plus, you will be back at the hotel where you have to interact with the piano. A cutscene will playout and you will get the achievement.

Missable trophy . After watching the end credits, do not press start NG+. Continue your current walkthrough and return to the Krat Hotel. Find the piano on the first floor, play the tune and get the trophy.
