The 2nd Black Rabbit Brother fight is tougher than the original. Right from the start, all 3 of the living members will fight together. Summon a specter to help even the odds.
Choose 1 of the active members and burn them down. Anytime you see 2 or more near each other, try to land a charged
attack. Watch for opportunities to backstab while they are inactive or applying damage to their weapon.
After the 1st member dies, try to lower the health bars of the remaining 2 brotherhood equally so they die within a few seconds of each other. Once 2 of the 3 members dies, the eldest will rejoin the battle.
Gear Setup
What gear you bring to the fight is entirely up to you and should match the attributes you have leveled up. Here is the setup that was used in making this guide:- Weapon: Bone-Cutting Sawblade +10 & Big Pipe Wrench Handle
- Legion Arm: Aegis
- Amulets: Patience, Murder Puppet’s, & Blue Guardianship

Phase 1
During phase 1, you will fight all 3 of the living members of the brotherhood. Each member of the brotherhood applies a different element (decay, shock, or fire) to their weapon attacks. Luckily, only 2 of the 3 will be actively fighting at the same time, so the specter helps keep them under control.Choose 1 of the active members and burn them down. Anytime you see 2 or more near each other, try to land a charged
attack. Phase 2
At the start of phase 2, the Eldest will burst out of his coffin and grab his sword. If 1 of the brotherhood members survives into phase 2, the fight is significantly more difficult. Most of the fight against the Eldest is like the previous fight with a few new attacks added into the mix:- Blue Wave: When you see the Eldest glowing blue, hide behind the debris in the room to block the path of the wave attack.
- 7-Hit Combo: If you see the boss briefly squat down, he will unleash a 7-hit combo that ends with a red attack. Avoid this, especially the final hit that will knock you down, at all costs. As soon as it finishes, run in for free hits while he rests.

For phase 2, I was able to kite the boss around the pillar debris, hereby blocking virtually all of his attacks. Then, using the range of the Puppet Ripper, I was able to hit him through said pillar. Felt cheesy, but did the trick. Beat the boss first try this way.
