How to unlock the Scrapped Watchman achievement in Lies of P - Definitive Guide
The Scrapped Watchman fight is divided into 2 phases with the second phase adding electricity to the mix. Your gear loadout shouldn’t matter as long as you remember to dodge () and guard (). Summoning a specter greatly simplifies this fight and makes the Scrapped Watchman drop quickly. It’s recommended that you do so only after you have fought the boss a few times and are familiar with its move set.
Phase 1
During the 1st phase, stay close to the watchman and time your parries to block its attacks. Then, counter with 1-2 hits before regaining stamina for the next set of attacks. When it prepares to jump, run/roll far away from it. If you stagger the watchman, you need to stand in the circle o the left of its head for the attack animation.Phase 2
During the 2nd phase, the Scrapped Watchman will be electrified. Avoid standing in charged areas and move away when it squats to electrify the area around it. When the watchman raises its right arm, quickly move away since it will try to grab you and slam you to the ground.

I summoned the specter just to see the system and I was saddened at how easy it made this fight that otherwise looks brutal but awesome.

Yeah, easy peasy with the specter

Para vencer fácil al "vigilante desechado" les recomiendo lo siguiente;
To easily defeat the "Scrapped Watchmen", I recommend the following:
1 Improve the weapon of your selection, in my case it is the sword of destiny, this is improved with hidden moon stones, which at this point we must have already found along the way scattered around the map
or by moon butterflies.
2 Don't forget to invoke the specter because this will be our bait that will help not only distract it, but also cause extra damage.
3 Position yourself at its weak point, its back, taking advantage of the distraction of the bait.
This boss, being the introduction of the spectrum, will be easy for you since it feels like a tutorial boss, even easier than the king of the parade.
Story-related and unmissable.
The Scrapped Watchman is a robot policeman who moves around like a spider and crackles with electricity. He actually has quite similar attacks to the parade master (see Parade Master (15G)), a lot of slashes and some ground pounds thrown in. His lateral swipes are perfect attacks to parry – nicely telegraphed and not too fast. This means that it’s easy to get the Scrapped Watchman staggered, so you can get in a few fatal blows. In the second stage of the fight, he will charge himself with electricity. His attacks don’t change all that much, and he is still easily parryable, but be watchful of the floor, as lightning will rain down in key spots as the floor begins to glow.

The boss is not difficult, but requires a little more patience than the parade commander. The only vulnerable point is fire; at the beginning of the game there isn’t really any, not counting one fire bomb, which can be found at the very beginning of the game. The tactic is this: we call a ghost in front of the door to attack the boss, just like in the Dark Souls series. When the ghost distracts the boss, we run up and hit him in the butt with the blade of an ice rapier (you can get it at the beginning when choosing a class or buy it from a merchant for 300 “souls”. And so on until the ghost moves his horses and you are left alone With the boss it’s a little more difficult, you need to be a little more aggressive in order to run up and poke him in the face 2-3 times, and then counter or roll away from him. The rapier doesn’t do much damage, but it’s VERY fast, and it uses up a little stamina. It took me 3 attempts using this method and the boss was defeated
