Special weapons can be upgraded up to level 5. Before we even have a chance to upgrade our Special weapon, we need to defeat bosses which dropped unique ergo with their name. Then resist temptation for selling for 5K ergo 🤑 and finally find Companion Allidoro. As you progress, you'll come across the St. Frangelico Cathedral location, from the St. Frangelico Cathedral Library Stargazer, you need to ride the lift that will take you to the balcony section of the cathedral.
