You will get this achievement after beating the boss "Simon Manus, Arm of God and Simon Manus/Awakened God" at the end of chapter 11. He will talk to you and will ask about what you chose to do with Sofia. What you choose to tell him does not matter for this achievement, only if you want to lie or tell the truth for your truth/lie play-through.

"Rise of P" ending (Lie), "Free of the Puppet Strings" ending (Truth).
