If you've made enough progress with you and Jackie's relationship, she will entrust Leila's code word to you before the final fight. The word: Freestyle. Make sure to use Sentinel Starlight's Talk move and input it at any point during the fight with Anna Lee, and Leila will take over for Jackie!
