In the school in the drama class room check the Tempest poster in the backroom. (Attention do this before you deliver the belt)

All optional graffiti are immediately saved. You can replay Episodes (Collector mode) to find your missing graffiti. There are always 2 graffiti which you can spray, it doesn't matter which one you spray.

This achievement is earned for finding optional graffiti #6. If missed on the first run, you can choose the episode from the main menu and select "Collector Mode". Now, you can use a scene select option to browse the locations and choose the area you need.

The following collectible can be found once inside the drama room. This should be done BEFORE completing the objective of this area. Go inside the back room to find the poster directly in front of you that you can interact with.

Not so much a solution but the achievement may have been broken since the last update or improperly triggering for some.. I tried 4 times to get it to unlock after drawing on the poster waiting around for about 5minutes each time, 3 times reloading check point selecting both halo for Rachel and devil for nathan, and neither triggered the achievement. I forced closed the game and re-did the halo and still nothing, so I walked away from it to go to where the bag was and continue the story.

However, what did seem to trigger this graffiti #6 achievement was over by the backpack there is a board and on the back of that board is some hate towards Rachel. I chose to add a comment and after adding said comment the achievement unlocked.
