Graffiti #9 is in the Amber house in Rachel's dad office. Go behind the desk and open the drawer on the left and you will find a bottle and the location for graffiti #9.

Luckily, none of these collectibles are missable. After completing the episode, you will unlock Collector Mode which allows you to go back through the episode, selecting specific chapters to revisit.

Inside Rachel's dad's office, head around the desk and open the bottom drawer on the left side, then tag it.
