The first 2 graffiti can you find in Rachel's room upstairs shortly after the beginning of episode 3. The second graffiti is the planner on the right side of the desk beside the laptop.

Luckily, none of these collectibles are missable. After completing the episode, you will unlock Collector Mode which allows you to go back through the episode, selecting specific chapters to revisit.

Directly after tagging the map for the first achievement, head over to Rachel's desk and interact with her planner.
