Graffiti #7 is in the hospital to your right side at the beginning of this scene. On the starting point turn right and go in the direction of the double doors and you will trigger a cutscene with the couple from Episode 2. After this cutscene interact with a nurse poster on the cork board.

Luckily, none of these collectibles are missable. After completing the episode, you will unlock Collector Mode which allows you to go back through the episode, selecting specific chapters to revisit.

When you gain control of Chloe in the hospital, immediately turn right and head toward the end of this hall. You'll find a poster on the left to tag.
