Head down the hall and speak to Mr. North so that you can visit Drew/Mikey's room. Who is in the bed will depend on a choice you made last episode. If it's Mikey, simply wait through the cutscene, then choose "sign cast" option before speaking to him. If it's Drew, interact with the pudding on the table, then speak with him. Now a "take" option will appear on the pudding. Choose that, then "take what's yours" to start a backtalk. Win that and a "sign cast" option will appear on Drew.
