This achievement is earned for finding optional graffiti #10. If missed on the first run, you can choose the episode from the main menu and select "Collector Mode". Now, you can use a scene select option to browse the locations and choose the area you need.

The following collectible can be found inside of Rachel’s house. Rachel will go upstairs and you’ll need to help set the table. First, you’ll set the plates, then 1 drinking glass. The last step is to light the candle but BEFORE this step, you have to draw on the newpaper clipping on the fridge. You have to wait until the last step so that Rachel’s mom will be turned away.

Anyone ever have an achievement pop, got the notification on screen and everything but not actually unlock in the list? How to solve? Give it time or redo it?

The final tag of the episode takes place in Rachel's kitchen. You will be getting ready for dinner, and there is a news article on the fridge you can tag. You have to do a number of things before Rachel's mom turns her back though. When she asks you to light the candles, that's your chance.
