This achievement is earned for finding optional graffiti #8. If missed on the first run, you can choose the episode from the main menu and select "Collector Mode". Now, you can use a scene select option to browse the locations and choose the area you need.
The following collectible can be found once inside the dormitories area. As soon as you enter, notice the first door on your right. Go inside the room, and open the desk drawer, take the journal and scroll through the pages. Now you can exit the room, view the white board next to the door, erase it, and draw on it.

Inside the dorm, enter Eliot's room (#105) on the right side of the hall. Open the drawer in his computer desk and read his journal, then head back into the hall where you'll now be able to erase and tag his whiteboard next to the door.
