This achievement is earned for finding optional graffiti #3. If missed on the first run, you can choose the episode from the main menu and select "Collector Mode". Now, you can use a scene select option to browse the locations and choose the area you need.
The following collectible can be found once inside Chloe's room. Walk forward and tear down the unicorn poster. Now, put graffiti straight onto your bedroom wall.

After the concert, you'll wake up in your room. Once you get off the bed, head toward the wall next to the door and rip down the poster there to tag the wall underneath.
