This achievement is earned for finding optional graffiti #7. If missed on the first run, you can choose the episode from the main menu and select "Collector Mode". Now, you can use a scene select option to browse the locations and choose the area you need.
The following collectible can be found as soon as you enter the area near the dormitories. Directly in front of you, you’ll notice some wet cement with caution tape around it. First, walk across the wet cement to leave your footprints in it. Then, turn around and you’ll be able to interact with it and leave your mark.
