i have done the list 4 times in a row now, 1 time in the first playtrough, a second time in the second playtrough than in both playtroughs in explore mode and still no achievement. anybody might have guesses why?

You can also complete the set in a second play through. I was missing the origami note. And the achievement popped when I picked it up at the 2nd play through, before I got the rose etc.

I did not need it as I think the its the same as Gwen's Email. But there is another clue in Chapter 1 in the FAB after getting the Rose. Inside the mailroom on the floor is a note, maybe you need this?

I tried what you said, i did everything again, even in new saves. i'm so annoyed why wont this unlock :(
