Episode 5: Diner
When you step out of the car, start walking forward and circle left around the cars. On your way a lamp post will collapse and you'll have to rewind. Continue past the whale and look to your left for a building that has a hole in the wall and fire inside. Enter the building. To your left in the back corner is a fuse box, use it and the fire will be put out. Walk into the area where the fire was and then leave through the window.
Walk to the Two Whales Diner. There's a red box of sand on front of it. Wait until the building explodes, then rewind all the way back. Use the sand box to put out the fire.
Walk to the end of the the alley between Two Whales diner and the white building next to it. Turn around to face the storm, then look up to the white building. There's a car on top of the building, take a photo of it.

Directly after the last photo, turn around and walk toward the building next to the diner with the car on the roof. Get the right angle (just to the left of it) for the photo op to become active.
