Follow Chloe into the principal's office. A key is needed, search the cabinets until Max contacts Warren about some items. Go find the items:
- Soda can: Vending machine in the corridor, just outside the principal's office
- Duct tape: back corner in the art class room
- Sugar: On the teacher's desk in science class room
- Sodium chlorate: Read the book left on one of the center row desks in science class room, learn that you need weed killer. Go to the back of the room where the skeleton is and look on top of the cabinet next to it. Max uses a chair to get it.
Return to Chloe, use the bomb on the door. Enter the principal's office when the alarm goes off. Rewind to the point before the bomb went off. Unlock the door from inside.
Once Chloe gets into the chair, position yourself so the bronze hawk is between you and Chloe and take a photo.
