Episode 5: Diner
When you step out of the car, start walking forward and circle left around the cars. On your way a lamp post will collapse and you'll have to rewind. Continue past the whale and look to your left for a building that has a hole in the wall and fire inside. Enter the building. To your left in the back corner is a fuse box, use it and the fire will be put out. Walk into the area where the fire was and then leave through the window.
Walk to the Two Whales Diner. There's a red box of sand on front of it. Wait until the building explodes, then rewind all the way back. Use the sand box to put out the fire.
There's a whale carcass next to the diner. Walk to it and take a photo.

After you stop the diner from exploding, you'll gain control outside. Simply turn around and snap a photo of the whale on the road behind you.
