Episode 3: Girls' dormitories
Exit your dorm. You can either go to the bathroom to talk to Taylor or to Dana's room to talk to her. They both say that Victoria is out of the dorm. Once you've learnt that, enter Victoria's room and search the trashcan. You'll find a box for a glow in the dark figurine. The figurine is on a shelf left to the trashcan. Point the light at the figure until it stars to shine. Take a photo of it when the prompt appears.
If the statue doesn't seem to work, walk to the other end of the room and come back to try a gain.

After speaking with Taylor in the bathroom and confirming that Victoria has left, go into Victoria's room and let your camera light charge up the glow-in-the-dark figure on her shelf. After a few seconds you'll be able to take a picture of it.
