After you get out to the school front yard for the first time, walk towards the road ahead past the statue, until you see some skateboarders and go to talk to the guy with glasses and red baseball cap.
Select "trash?" conversation option, then rewind and talk again.
This time select "I came to Noseslide" and "Tre flip".
A skater will fall, take a picture of him when he's down.

Speak to Justin near the street to initiate this one. You'll have to rewind to get some of the answers right. When he asks which trick you'd like to see, choose the "tre flip" and Trevor will screw it up and get hit in the nuts. Naturally, take a photo of his pain.
