How to unlock the Haven Historian achievement in Life is Strange: True Colors - Definitive Guide

Life is Strange True Colors has 25 memory collectibles, spread throughout the 5 chapters of the game.

If missed on the first run, you can use chapter select, and replay any scene for collectibles. Using this mode, your decisions and actions will not be saved to your playthrough and you are free to explore. The scene selection screen will also show an icon for how many collectibles you've earned in each scene for easy reference.

you should add, that you need to find a save point after you get the respective memory, or else the chapter select will not recognise it

Does everything have to be collected in the same game, or can I start a new play through and collect the missing items and still still get this?

This must be slow or something since everything is unlocked yet this is not unlocking and I don't want to play through this game again since it wasn't as good as the previous installments.

*Update clicking on the object/person is enough to get the memory Achievements. BUT to get the 100g Achievement you basically have to listen to them all, all the way through 😩.

did all of this watched memories and all still hasnt unlocked, does it unlock when you do the last cut scene?

I can confirm this achievement has to be done all on one save file. Doesn't matter if you got all the separate achievements if they're spread out in different saves.

You can just go to chapter select and replay the scene.

I think you have to be careful that the memories are saved to get this. The phone memory in chapter one for example, if you replay to get that one and then just quit the game it won't save and won't count for the full achievement.

I've gotten all the collectibles and the achievements related to them, except for this one. I'm frustrated.

For me, the Rent Check collectible didn't seem to register correctly. It was missing from my memories (even though I unlocked the collectible achievement for chapter 2). I played the corresponding sequence again to find the check again and that did it.

Anyone having issues, check your list of memories on the phone and see if there's anything missing.

this achievement will unlock if you collect all the memories, no matter if you redo a scene

All memories checked off the list in her phone. All achievements besides this one unlocked. Any ideas?

@webdoggy.... thought mine glitched as well (it didn't pop), but when I check my achievements, historian showed up and said I got it. Make sure this didn't happen to you. Check the game progress under your profile as well.

It may be an xbox issue as well. My score hasn't caught up yet on xbox but TA shows my LIS is 100%. MY profile on xbox shows LIS At 90% but when I click on it, it also shows 100%

All memories checked off the list in her phone. All achievements besides this one unlocked. Any ideas?
Check in chapter select. One (or more) might've not been saved, so you need to get them again - and play until it's saved, if you're missing more than one.

All marked in chapter select. Went back through and recollected them all and still didn’t get it.

Edit: went back through and collected them all a third time. Used LT+A to grab them, let all commentary play out and then viewed them with Y. Then played through to the next section for each to ensure save. Didn’t work, so I restarted the last scene that had a collectible in hopes it would reset the status on it. No luck.

Also tried resynching the cloud save.

Every chapter of the game has 5 collectibles for a total of 25 collectibles. You can use Chapter Select to return to any part of the game to find anything you missed!

You can use Chapter restart. With a specific “moment” of this chapter, it is also important to get to the point of saving; just in case, I waited until I was thrown into the main menu at the end of the “moment” of the chapter.
Don't forget to use your pass through what we have already seen.
