Saw3d 0ff: Mine crashed once as well. But it was when entering the LARP store where Steph was the witch in Episode 3. Or when speaking to here in that section. Had to re-collect a memory, but didn't have any issue with everything counting.

Strangely, my game crashed to black screen a few minutes into the very final sequences where you are talking with

You will earn this trophy automatically at the end of Chapter 5, no matter your previous choices and actions through the chapter.

If the game crashes on PS4 at the end with error CE-34878-0, then set the video resolution to 720p in the settings and turn off HDR. After these settings the game does not crash at the end.
