Once you reach the house you will be staying in (after a trip to a store and checking out another store), there will be some scenes. At the end of a bathroom cut scene, Alex will walk out.

Turn behind you and look to the wall (you need to move a tiny bit towards it). Next to the hallway table and underneith a "Stalker" poster, will be a small crack in the wall.

Use your power ( + which you would have learn't by now), and afterwards, the achievement will pop :)
