To the right of the jukebox, underneith a chalk board on the wall and next to the cash register, is a business card.

This seems missable and not accessible from the collectibles mode. The scene ends before you can go downstairs and the next scene skips the whole server bit and starts upstairs on the balcony.

Replay scene is "First Day on the Job". Found it fine in collectible mode, it's on the back bar just inside the bar area.
