This achievement is earned for finding optional photo #7. If missed on the first run, you can "Play Episodes" and select specific parts of the Episode in order to find the missing optional photos through collectibles mode. The following collectible is described and can be seen below:

In the field behind the junkyard, you'll spot a deer. Follow it and take a photo of it.

In the junk yard, once you go around the bus and other stuff in the middle, there will be a clearing on the other side where you will come across a familiar animal, which after moving a few meters to a different spot will become a photo opportunity.

Can confirm that if you miss it, coming back to get it through 'Collectibles Mode' will still count towards:

Standing at the bus at the hideout, go to the back side of it. Walk around some and a doe will appear, go over to it and take a picture.

After taking the bus photo, walk towards the train tracks and turn left after you pass a washing machine. Max will make a comment about a doe, which can be found on a small hill by some trees. Approach the doe and take a photo to unlock the trophy.
