When you go into the boys dorm, go to the end of the hall and turn right. You'll be facing a window. Looking out the window should give you an option to take a photo.

This achievement is earned for finding optional photo #5. If missed on the first run, you can "Play Episodes" and select specific parts of the Episode in order to find the missing optional photos through collectibles mode. The following collectible is described and can be seen below:

[3:32] - Optional Photo #5
Once inside the boy's dorm, find the large window in the hallway and take a picture of the footprints outside.

Collecting all 10 photos will also reward you with the following achievement:
Life is StrangeShutterbugThe Shutterbug achievement in Life is Strange worth 72 pointsTake all optional photos in Episode 4: Dark Room

Get inside the dorm building and take a right to see the footprints outside the window.

Here is a walkthrough of all 10 pictures you need to collect. If you miss any you can play certain part of a episode to get them. I have included the optional photo locations in the video so you can skip to the photo you need. I have described each one in detail to help you out.

From the main menu select 'Play Episodes' and then 'Episode 4'.

Find and highlight 'Boys' Dormitories' and then 'Play this chapter in collectible mode'.

Follow the video and press (X) to take the photo.

After entering the Men's dormitory, turn right and look out the window. You will be prompted to take a photo of some footprints on a hill.
