Some how I ended up not getting this achievement, yet got the one for them all. I'm sure it'll pop sooner or later.

Chris most likely unlocked but due to xbox one servers it'll be pending. If it still hasn't unlocked look at your achievements and it'll say unlocked 100%. Just takes awhile to actually happen.

This achievement is earned for finding optional photo #6. If missed on the first run, you can "Play Episodes" and select specific parts of the Episode in order to find the missing optional photos through collectibles mode. The following collectible is described and can be seen below:

[3:16] - Optional Photo #6
Back in the classroom, interact with the etched markings on the desk in the middle of the room. After interacting with it, take a photo.

Collecting all 10 photos will also reward you with the following achievement:
Life is StrangeSelfie AwarenessThe Selfie Awareness achievement in Life is Strange worth 73 pointsTake all optional photos in Episode 5: Polarized

From the main menu select 'Play Episodes' and then 'Episode 5'.

Find and highlight 'Nightmare' and then 'Play this chapter in collectible mode'.

Follow the video and press (X) to take the photo.

After the cutscene ends, walk up to the desk in front of yours with the Amber graffiti on it and take a picture.

Later in the game you will once again return to the classroom. Walk ahead to the desk with the etching "Rachel Amber ♥ 4 Ever" and Look at it twice so that it reads "Chloe Price ♥ 4 Ever". You will be prompted to take a photo and unlock the trophy.

In class, during a nightmare, you need to take a photo of the inscription carved on the table. However, first you need to look at it twice, then you can take a photo.
