This achievement is earned for finding optional photo #6. If missed on the first run, you can "Play Episodes" and select specific parts of the Episode in order to find the missing optional photos through collectibles mode. The following collectible is described and can be seen below:

After getting dressed, and exiting Chloe's room, go the washroom (not downstairs), and take a selfie in the mirror.

Collecting all 10 photos will also reward you with the following achievement:

Right after you change clothes at Chloe's room, head out of the room into the bathroom and interact with the mirror to take a selfie and unlock the 6th photo.

From the main menu select 'Play Episodes' and then 'Episode 3'.

Find and highlight 'Chloe's House - Upstairs' and then 'Play this chapter in collectible mode'.

Follow the video and press (X) to take the photo.

At Chloe's house the morning after leaving the school, you will put on some of Rachel's clothes (including a red plaid long-sleeved shirt). After leaving the room but before going downstairs, enter the bathroom and take a selfie at the mirror.

Any of the "optional photo" trophies can be easily obtained after finishing the episode by using chapter select and playing again in photo mode.
