This achievement is earned for finding optional photo #10. If missed on the first run, you can "Play Episodes" and select specific parts of the Episode in order to find the missing optional photos through collectibles mode. The following collectible is described and can be seen below:

From where you enter the party, while standing near the diving board, look to the right out the window to spot the double moon. Take a picture of the double moon through the window at the top of the gymnasium.

The last photo can be taken right next to the entrance of the party. So if you come from the skeleton graffiti photo, go back to where you entered the party. Look up and position yourself so that you can see two moons through the upper windows.
Here is a walkthrough of all 10 pictures you need to collect. If you miss any you can play certain part of a episode to get them. I have included the optional photo locations in the video so you can skip to the photo you need. I have described each one in detail to help you out.

Near the end of the chapter, when arriving at the party, Max will talk to the coat check girl, then go through the curtain into the pool area. After a cut-scene, head to the right of where you entered (only a few steps away), around where a lifeguard stand/ladder thing is situated. The correct position isn't directly under the ladder, but maybe one or two steps past it as if you're doubling back toward the wall on that side. Look up at the windows and there should be a photo option of what you can see in the sky outside.
From the main menu select 'Play Episodes' and then 'Episode 4'.
Find and highlight 'Chloe's Room - Upstairs' and then 'Play this chapter in collectible mode'.
Follow the video and press (X) to take the photo.
Return to the area where you entered the party and look up at the two moons through the window. You will be prompted to take a photo.
Still inside the party/pool area, you need to line up the windows on the right side so you can view the double moon outside. You could actually take this before #9, as soon as you enter the pool area.

At the Vortex Club party, go to the diving board. If you look up, you will see two Moons in the window bars. Find the right spot (approximately standing right next to the springboard).
