How to unlock the Diane has Moved In achievement in Lightyear Frontier - Definitive Guide

This questline popped up after I found my first abandoned egg, this was a stalktail egg in the yellow forest just for context.
Once you collect this she will ask you to build her an outpost like Ulf did, build this (4x aluminium frame and 2x aluminium electronics) and then assign her to the outpost.
She will then task you with building her some hardwood fences (2x hardwood) and an egg incubator (4x copper wire, 2x aluminium electronics and 1x aluminium frame). Then you need to add a lens and an egg to the incubator. Please be aware if you add the egg first then you need to wait for that to hatch before being able to add the lens so just for quest purposes it's probably best to add the lens first.
Her next quest is to have 3 farm animals happy at the same time, so you need to go find another 2 abandoned eggs, hatch them and make them happy by providing them with food and water.
By the time I had done this quest I'd received a feather from a swiftplume so I gifted this to Diane and triggered the next quest which required me to build a Hardwood arch (5x hardwood), a water trough (4x clay and 2x aluminium frame), stack of haybales (9x wheat) and a medium feed trough (3x aluminium frames and 3x aluminium parts).
Next we need to hit friendship level 2 with Diane, once you hit this she tasks you with going to the egg shard area. Once here collect the 3 egg shards and then go back and talk to Diane. She then needs time to analyze the egg shards. Once this has been done it completes the quest.
Next we need friendship level 3 with Diane. Once this has been reached we get another outpost decoration quest, this time we need to assemble a bench (6x wood), 2x barrels (10x hardwood), burlap sacks (10x plant fiber) and a wheelbarrow (2x steel bar). Once you have built everything, speak to Diane to finish this part of the quest.
For the next quest friendship level 4 is required. Once you hit level 4 you then unlock the 'Diane: Moving in' quest which requires you to wait until the next day and then build her house (15x wood, 5x clay, 5x aluminium rod and 1x cloth).
Once this has been built she tasks with the final quest to decorate the house. You need to build a decorative pillow (1x pillow fluff), butterfly house (12x wood), bottles (1x clear glass), 2x lightpost (2x wood and 1x lightbulb), lawnchair (2x polyberry oil) and a small lantern (2x wax and 1x aluminium rod). Once you have built everything, speak to Diane and complete the quest and the achievement will finally pop!

I was stuck a while here.
At level 2, after putting together the egg shards, you'll need to gift Diane Fur. To do this, go to Lowland Plains, find a Mox Egg, and hatch a Mox (hairy cow). This drops fur to get to you level 3.
At level 3, and to get to level 4, build Diane's house and then you'll need a Crystalhoof egg from Tornado Rock Isle to hatch a Crystalhoof, which will make Crystal, and allow you to max this friendship.

You also need fur to make cloth when you start moving diane in friendship level 4
so don't put your mox in the sanctuary before starting Diane moving in as you need 2 fur to make 1 cloth
As Diane doesn't land whilst your building her house so you can't get mox out of the sanctuary
Unless I'm missing something which is probably more than likely
