How to unlock the Retro Gamer achievement in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name - Definitive Guide

You can find the SEGA Master System in the Daidoji Sotenbori hideout. The location becomes available in chapter 3 after
The minigame itself is located in a side room next to where all the drama happened.
The hideout is located west of the New Momoko Bar, in western Sotenbori.

You won't have enough games available by default so make sure to look around as you can find other games via objects you can "spiderman" to you and a staple of the Yakuza series : the lockers.
Here are some keys that will earn you games : F1 : near the upper elevator inside the hideout itself
F4 : "spider" the item between the Yotsudera Kaikan building and the Moon River bar (south west of Sotenbori), easy to miss
I4 : "spider" from a tree on the southern river footpath

You can also find a game in the Ebisu Pawn for 5.500 yen and acquire a few more games by exchanging points at the casino and gambling halls inside the Castle.

At a certain point in the story, you’ll gain access to the Daidoji Hideout (southwest of W.Shofukucho St), where you’ll find the SEGA Master System in a small side room. Simply fire up and play five different games to unlock this. There are twelve games in total (some for purchase, some as collectibles), so playing five should be simple.

The TV with the console is in the Daidoji shelter (on the map in the lower left side, next to the karaoke), you can get there starting from Chapter 3, go into the shelter, open the map, and go to the room with the purple gamepad icon. Initially, only 4 game cartridges will be available, so you will have to find one, one Galaxy Force cartridge is sold in the Ebisu Pawn Shop (Ebisu pawn shop) in eastern Shofukucho. Some cartridges can be found in the castle, attracting blue balls with a "spider", or opening the cells in the storage room.
You don't need to complete the games, just launch the game and immediately go to the menu for selecting other games.
