How to unlock the The World's Strongest achievement in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name - Definitive Guide
Edit: After you do all coliseum fights including the Amon robots, the fight for this achievement unlocks. You cannot heal or use items in the coliseum, but you can for this boss. This guide has you being at really low health, so you will not heal. You will be using heat refilling items though.
For the robot fight, stay away from groups. Let the AI (all at level 20 and gold/silver rarity) do most of the heavy lifting and use your group power moves whenever it charges. Attack most enemies from behind while they fight the AI and watch for their special attacks. Some of them can one shot you.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can do this fight with only Heat Actions. I had most skills unlocked and all the heat action upgrades unlocked. You will need the gear Dragon God Amulet, Great Fortune Gold Undies, Bloody Binding and Gruesome Chainmail. The specific heat action you need is Essence of the Dragon God. The more options you have unlocked the better though.
The gear can be found in these locations.
-Dragon God Amulet: 60,000 points at Akame's shop
-Great Fortune Golden Undies: 50,000,000 yen at the Boutique in the castle
-Bloody binding: Free from Locker Key G1. Up the staircase of the Four Shine Club just to the west of Ashitaba Park
-Gruesome Chainmail: 1000 points at Castle Gambling Hall (just buy 100,000 yen worth of wooden tags)
Have max heat gauge and very low health. I went and failed a coliseum match as it puts you back in the game with almost zero health. There is a heat action that goes off 100% if you have low health. Also make sure you are using the Yakuza battle stance (Red glow) before starting.
Gai Amon will be located next to the receptionist outside of the helipad.
Save before you start the fight. You can reload if you fail because you need low health for the most damage. Respawning will fill your health. It takes no time to head to the main menu and load the save. This also means you can't get hit once with this method, but he only ever hit me when I forgot to hit RT to go into heat mode the 2nd time.
Start the fight and spam RT until you go into heat mode. Then you get your Y prompt. Just keep doing the heat actions until you are completely out of heat gauge. Quickly pause the game and drink some tauriner potions or one tauriner max. Max will not replenish your gauge if you have some left, so do heat actions until you are out.
Unpause and spam RT until you go into heat mode again and repeat going after the Y prompts. He never gets to deploy the drones or hit you.

i didn't even bother lowering my own health, i put it on beginner difficulty. i had 99 "nourishment of the sea king" from the 7 gold ball side quest, wish for health. in the actual fight, i just kinda sat there holding RB and spamming Y (i had all abilities unlocked) and just got random heat actions, paused, drank a bunch of heat items, repeat. took less than 5mins. probably the easiest amon fight in the series so far imo.

Yeah, that's why, in my since deleted comment, I wondered what everyone was talking about with using items, because I was thinking the Tetsu fight was the last one.
Also, Gai Amon isn't really next to the helicopter. He's by the receptionist, near the helicopter. I had to watch a video in order to find him.

Fantastic find. It’s almost hilarious how easy this was in the end with this method. Had to run away for the last bit of heat gauge to deplete but otherwise it was a breeze. Should be the top most solution

Just to add dragon god amulet is 60k pts at Akame shop, golden undies is 5M yen at boutique, bloody binding is cheap and available multiple places and gruesome chain mail is 1000 pts at castle gambling hall

Once you’ve completed the Minamida Grand Prix - the final Platinum match - you’ll be introduced to Tetsu Amon, an old adversary of Kiryu’s. Only, he’s not an Amon in the traditional sense. His substory is titled ‘Path to the Strongest’ and can be accessed by talking to Amon at the Coliseum reception. Rather than a one-on-one showdown, this is a Hell Team Rumble fight against Amon and a bunch of his minions, so gather the best team you can, and get stuck in. Again, time is probably your worst enemy here, but if you focus on Amon’s lackeys first, then all pile in on Amon himself, this should be over fairly quickly and painlessly. There’s a lovely ¥10,000,000 at stake for winning, too, which is nice. Except, that’s not the end. Once you’ve bested Tetsu, there’s another Amon who wants a pop at you.
Prepare for one of the stupidest and most demoralising boss battles in Yakuza/Like a Dragon history (standard Amon fare, essentially), as not only does Amon’s health constantly recharge, but he also turtles up and blocks practically everything you throw at him. First off, fill your Heat bar and enter Extreme Heat (), holding to summon drones to disperse Amon’s healing drones. This means you can start to deal meaningful damage. The most effective way to whittle down Amon’s health is to unleash Heat abilities as often as you possibly can, so stock up on Tauriners, Staminans, and whatever else you can use to keep replenishing your Heat gauge. Be wary that Amon will try to tie you up with his own Spider gadget, then chuck an explosive cigarette. His volley of exploding discs is devastating, too, and if you try to attack him head on, he’ll normally flip away, throwing knives and caltrops. It’s all quite annoying.
Once you’ve damaged Amon enough, he’ll turn red and enter his second phase, still able to heal an entire health bar without drones. Again, only a constant barrage of Heat abilities will deal enough damage to keep Amon down for good - activating Extreme Heat and attempting to hit Amon with as many Heat finishers you can, as rapidly as you can, is the only way to obliterate his recharging health, so be prepared for a frustrating slog. Keep on plugging away, and hopefully, eventually, you’ll be able to beat Amon. This is by far the hardest task on the list. Good luck!

To reach Amon, you will need to go through all the battles of the coliseum.
The battles are over, the robot Tetsu-Amon will appear and challenge you to a team fight, we assemble a team of fully pumped up fighters, and a pumped up Kiryu, pump up the power of the kiwa strikes to the maximum, and put on good equipment. I recommend taking the golden panties for 50 million in the VIP zone of the boutique, there we also take the dragon bandage for 2 million, the sengoku armor (lies in cell C5, in the sotenbori lockers, the key lies on the central street of the castle, you can use contact lenses, they show the location of the keys on the map), if you do not want to look for the key, you can take the armor for 9 million in the VIP boutique, "Dragon's Eye" sells Mizorogi for 1.2 million, if you have extra 60k Akame points, you can buy an Indra amulet from her store and replace the dragon's eye with it.
From the fighters, we take two healers, two or three defenders, the rest attackers. We put the healers down, in front of the defenders, the rest attackers. I took Mr. Masochist, Sheep Man, Chicken Man, Gary Buster, Yuppie Kun, Little Ryuji Goda, Super Defense Machine, Hamako Ishikawa, Katsuo and Toru Higashi.
First we take out the weak ones, and then Golden Tetsu, be careful, regular robots deal a lot of damage and can do powerful attacks that take away almost a full HP, it is better not to get into such a deal, spam powerful moves more often. After defeating the robots, the already familiar to us Amon, Guy Amon, will appear and challenge you to a one-on-one duel, he will stand to the left of the helipad, I advise you to stock up on food, healers and tauriners to replenish the hit bar, because he hits hard. At the beginning of the fight, he summons a bunch of drones that fly over his head in the shape of a heart and heal, we run from Amon in a circle, wait until all the drones get out, and only then we approach him, and with our drones we shoot down his drones. Often ties up with a spider and throws a firefly under your feet, quickly press A until the firefly explodes, can re-summon drones and attack with them, defend against them with a simple block. At the last stage with low HP, it will light up and start to deal increased damage, and also heal with regular attacks appears, here you definitely shouldn't get hit by its attacks. At this stage, spam powerful yakuza-style moves, simply pressing Y at a short distance, or first hit by holding Y, and then a powerful move.
After victory we will receive the "Talisman of the God of War" which always replenishes the hit bar.

First, we destroy the cloud of drones above Amon with our drones.
Then each blow from the enemy begins to heal him, in order to avoid being hit you can constantly roll away from him in the yakuza stance, and when he almost catches up - roll towards him, as a result he hits the air, and Kiryu hits him in the back.
