In the Fighters’ Lounge at the Coliseum, you’ll find opponents you’ve defeated hanging around at the bar, looking all forlorn. Talk to them and you can recruit them to the Joryu Clan. This alone is unlikely to net you 30 members, however, so talk to NPCs marked by a magnifying glass icon, and for a fee, they’ll offer a referral to recruit a new fighter. Keep fighting and keep springing for referrals, and eventually you’ll have 30 fighters on your team, unlocking this achievement. If you’re after some really good fighters, hit up the Platinum level of the casino upstairs - assuming you have the cash, of course.

After receiving the silver rank in the castle, and creating a clan according to the story, the opportunity to accept fighters will open.
There are several options, you can find yourself new fighters by completing third-party requests from Akame (this way we will get 11 fighters)
or in the castle, after talking to the fighter mercenaries (there are 4 of them), marked on the map with a magnifying glass with a man inside, for a certain fee they give us new fighters (some of the mercenaries will first require a certain number of fans from us) you can only buy a few fighters from each mercenary.
The first one is in the fighters' rest area, in the central bar counter, a gyaru in a red swimsuit.
The second one is in the Colosseum foyer, sitting on a chair. The third one is in the VIP lounge, sitting in the center of the pool. The fourth one is in the VIP zone of the casino, on the second floor.
Also, after defeating some fighters in the coliseum matches, they can appear in the fighters' rest area, next to the central bar, and after a conversation they can be added to the clan.
There are about 37 fighters in the main game, and 3 fighters from the DLC, which also count towards the trophy.
