How to unlock the Untouchable achievement in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name - Definitive Guide

Ultimate counter will be unlocked once you do the fight in the parking garage. From there the counter should happen about once a boss fight. The indicator is a little noise and the boss will glow like he is in heat mode. From there just spam dodge (rb+A) and the game should give you the B button prompt. Bosses seem to be on a timer with this. I was able to get two from the first one and others only one. I got this achievement from the guy who throws grenades and caltrops, but you can unlock it sooner or later depending on how many counters you do.

To perform an Ultimate Counter, you have to first wait for an enemy to enter their glowing heat state, before charging up a powerful attack that can rinse your health. Hold rb.png + button-a.png to evade at just the right moment and you’ll initiate an Ultimate Counter. You can then strike back by pressing button-b.png. Do this five times and you’ll earn this one.
