In the Fighters’ Lounge at the Coliseum, you’ll find opponents you’ve defeated hanging around at the bar, looking all forlorn. Talk to them and you can recruit them to the Joryu Clan. This alone is unlikely to net you 30 members, however, so talk to NPCs marked by a magnifying glass icon, and for a fee, they’ll offer a referral to recruit a new fighter. Keep fighting and keep springing for referrals, and eventually you’ll have 30 fighters on your team, unlocking this achievement. If you’re after some really good fighters, hit up the Platinum level of the casino upstairs - assuming you have the cash, of course.
