How to unlock the Legendary Dragon achievement in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name - Definitive Guide

This can be completed during chapter 2 after you receive the handbook from the gadget dealer. The quickest way to grind out money is to do the colosseum. The Akame points will come naturally from either her requests or pocket circuit rivals. Once you reach the last open world segment and are tasked to go to the secret hideout, you can start grinding and earn this achievement. Colosseum will be your friend. Learn to love it for money grinding. I recommend doing all the challenges in order to not get too over your head. Level up skills as you go to better yourself in colosseum grinding. For money there are two options. Either grind out one of the team rumble battles on gold or platinum if your team is high enough, or if you are just starting, talk to everyone you can and win every match available. You will have by now received an email for Mr. try and hit me. There are two, one in each gambling lobby. Complete those. Then complete all the bronze challenges. Speak to the man in the colosseum lobby, the president. He will give you a special weapon to test out. This will also allow you to complete all silver matches. If you are not gold or platinum rank by now I suggest going and grinding Akame missions for a minuet, if not all else for the Akame points needed to level up. Once you compete the silver promotional match speak to the president. He will talk about how buisness is booming. Leave the castle for a moment. You will get an email from the president once again praising you and asking you to see him about gambling matches. Go speak to him. Now you have unlocked gambling matches. Gambling matches work as they sound. Bet money and if you win your amount is doubled. The catch is that the more you wager the harder your opponent is. The president's match allows you to bet up to 990,000 yen. Once you do that special match and finish all silver matches you can speak to the sponsor in the pool area, The film enthusiast. Same story as the president. Complete all silver matches, talk to her, do a match, unlock a new gambling fight. This time you can but up to 9,990,000 yen. These are lucrative money makers but for the other money grind while you wait on emails from the sponsors, hell team rumble. With the money left over from your fights and gambling matches, you can recruit allies to fight with you. Aside from the ones Akame tells you about there are four recruiters. One in the colosseum lobby, one in the fighter bar, one in the vip pool, and one in the vip casino. Once you unlock 10 fighters you can participate all the way through gold team rumble matches. My personal setup included 4 dps, 3 tanks, and 3 healers. Once you pass all the gold fights you should have about 25-50 mil yen depending on spending so far. If you have done all the Akame missions you should have enough to get 50 skills. You can purchase all the cheap skills or unlock health and power kiwami. These are 25 more skills to just burn money and points in to help if needed. Once you unlock 50 skills the achievement will unlock.

Like a Dragon Gaiden’s abilities are upgraded via a simple list of skills, available to purchase using wads of cash and Akame Points. It’s worth spending money on unlocking the investments at Akame’s hideout, too, as these boost the amount of points earned and reduces the Akame Points you’ll need to unlock moves and abilities. Hoard your cash and Akame Points, buy the cheaper abilities first, and you’ll get to 50 Upgrade Abilities before the final credits roll.
