Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name

This achievement is tied to a new category of sidequests called "Stroll n' Patrol" missions that you're introduced to in the middle of Chapter 2, when you meet up with Akame. Progress in the main story to where you confront Omi Alliance lackeys in the second floor of the Yotusdera Kaikan building that houses the Gambling Hall, then win the ensuing fight where you free up all the homeless people that were locked up. Akame will then introduce her self-titled "Akame Network", showcasing a list of requests conjured from intel she's acquired from all the people of Sotenbori. There are 23 missions in total from where you start, all found in Sotenbori, and they can be completed in this chapter. Missions are marked on the map either with exclamation points (!) or fist icons, with the former serving as basically fetch quests where you either hand over an item that can be bought at any of the Sotenbori shops, or where items are lost in structures in the open world near the person that's requesting you to find said item. Those items are highlighted in blue and can be retrieved by using and to center your view on the item and press to retrieve it with your Spider gadget when the prompt comes up on screen. The fist icons should explain enough for Yakuza/LAD vets, you just need to win the fights to complete the mission. Additionally, some exclamation point missions require you to partake in a minigame.

The missions listed are as follows, organized by how they're listed on the Support Map (accessible by pressing on Akame Network on the Menu Screen, then pressing A on Support Map) and showing the conditions required to complete them as well as rewards in both Network points and yen.

When Will I Taste Okonomiyaki? - Rewards 250 points, 5000 yen. Buy any one item from the Hiratai shop to hand over.
Desperate for Staminan Light - Rewards 250 points, 5000 yen. Buy one Staminan Light from Tsuruha Drugs to hand over.
Hungry Hungry Bento - Rewards 300 points, 10000 yen. Buy any Bento or Yakisoba item from any of the Poppo shops to hand over.
Takoyaki on the Brain - Rewards 350 points. Buy any item from Kukuru to hand over.
In Need of Absorption - Rewards 200 points, 5000 yen. Buy Pocket Tissues from a Poppo shop.
Tissues, Wipes, Anything. - Rewards 250 points, 5000 yen. Same as before.
My Best Ball - Rewards 200 points. Item can be found in open world
Kickin' the Habit - Rewards 250 points. Item can be found in open world.
A Dental Dilemma - Rewards 300 points. Item can be found in open world.
Not Just a Hat - Rewars 200 points, 10000 yen. Item can be found in open world
The Waterlogged Ring - Rewards 200 points, 15000 yen. Item can be found in open world.
A Priceless Autograph - Rewards 200 points, 10000 yen. Item can be found in open world.
You Saw Nothing - Rewards 200 points, 10000 yen. Item can be found in open world.
Catch that Crawdad! - Rewards 300 points. Item can be found in open world.
Those Damn Smartphones - Rewards 200 points, 50000 yen. Win fight.
The Dad Hunter - Rewards 200 points, 50000 yen. Win fight
Protectors of My Ego - Rewards 200 points, 45000 yen. Win fight.
A Friendly Game of Darts - Rewards 200 points, 20000 yen. Play a game of darts at Stijl Bar, any game mode. You DON'T need to win to complete I believe (won on my first go).
Sing Me "Sayonara, Silent Night" - Rewards 200 points, 20000 yen. Play the quoted song from the karaoke machine in Bar New Momoko. You'll first need to pay Mama 1000 yen to access the machine if it's your first time. Interact with the person that gave you this request after you sing the song to complete this mission.
Let's Hear "Shin Ichizu Samurai"! - Rewards 200 points, 20000 yen. You must complete Sing Me "Sayonara, Silent Night" first, then interact with the person who requested you to sing that song to start this mission. Then sing the quoted song listed in the Karaoke machine. Interact with the person after finishing the song to complete.
Have Mercy, Give Food - Rewards 400 points. Any food item from a Poppo shop will work. Buy the cheapest item to hand over.
Today's a Boozin' Day - Rewards 450 points. Buy one Sake from a Poppo Shop to hand over.
Somethin' for the Pain - Rewards 450 points. Any Toughness or Staminan item will cover. Just buy the cheapest item to hand over.
I Want a Convenience Store Bento! - Rewards 400 points. Buy any Bento or Yakisoba item in a Poppo shop to hand over.

Stroll n’ Patrol gets unlocked during chapter 2. You can knock 10 out easily from the ! And fist icons on the map.
