How to unlock the Alo-Happy as Can Be achievement in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth - Definitive Guide

On Chapter 5 as part of the story you'll unlock Alo-Happy Tours. There you can book hawaiian experiences for a fee. These experiences are basically small cutscenes where one of your party member will unlock a new job/class. First one is free and you will unlock Aquanaut. To unlock this achievement you must visit Alo-Happy Tours and do/pay another for another 7. There is a Taxi stop right by the office for fast travel for whenever you can afford a new one.

During Chapter 5 you'll meet Alo-Happy's nightmarish mascot and become acquainted with the various jobs available to you. You can then sign up for activities, like yoga on the beach, a water gun shootout, or duty-free shopping. Doing yoga unlocks the Kunouichi job, while the water gun shootout unlocks the Desperado job – the more activities you carry out, the more jobs you'll gain access to. Complete all eight (they cost between $200 and $1,600), and you'll earn this. Also, you'll get to see Kasuga and co. frolicking in their swimwear.
